WHAT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE ENTAILS:
This is a full-time entry-level position, offering a great Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts. Multiple full-time shifts are available, with work hours from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
As a Customer Service Rep, your day will start with a friendly greeting as you interact with customers over the phone and in person, helping them with all their auto repair needs. You'll be involved in scheduling service appointments, entering data, and managing customer records. As you grow into the role, you'll have the opportunity to train as a Service Advisor, gaining skills to recommend services, source parts, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Whether you're assisting a customer with a question, managing service requests, or organizing parts orders, you'll play an integral role in keeping our customers satisfied and our business running smoothly. With our excellent training program, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed and grow in this exciting industry!
