The Part Works is the leading plumbing parts distributor in the Pacific Northwest and we've just opened a position for an energetic, reliable, customer service representative.
Our best customer service people keep growing into other roles in the company, so we are looking for a new customer service pro to grow with us. We'll provide on-the-job training to do your best work. And we'll help you grow your skills so you can grow your career. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, with stable daytime hours. No weekends!
A bit about us:
We are a woman-owned, multi-generational, family-owned company that has a strong teamwork atmosphere in all we do.
  • We are a regional plumbing distributor.
  • We identify plumbing problems and source the needed products to provide solutions.
  • We help facilities maintain critical mechanical systems by shipping the right products on time.

Your new position has several components:
  • Support customers using a variety of communication tools.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist in identifying the right products for customers.
  • Develop a wide and deep relationship and an understanding of each facility's needs, preferences, and operational practices to best support their plumbing system maintenance.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for account transaction management including providing support and communication for sales quotes, sales orders, information requests, product research and order status.
  • Read, understand, and follow instructions carefully.
  • Maintain the company's best customer service reputation.

Paid Time Off:
  • Sick leave accrues 1 hour for every 30 regular hours worked for the first two years. Following that, 67 hours will be frontloaded at the beginning of the year.
