About the Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Waste Connections, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations.
  • Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.
