Company Description

The Suburban Teamsters of Northern Illinois Welfare and Pension Funds are a set of employee benefit plans that provide health and welfare as well as retirement benefits to eligible participants and their dependents of Teamster Local Unions 179, 330, and 673.

Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Customer Service Representative, located in West Chicago, IL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional participant support in addition to handling inquiries and resolving issues for participants as well as providers. Daily tasks include responding to participant and provider queries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and updating participant and provider records through our data portal.

  • Proficiency in Office360 (Primarily Excel and Word)
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Skills
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
