Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually

We are currently looking for an Air Export Agent to join the team. Our logistics professionals manage international air export shipments from quoting and booking through final delivery, working closely with carriers, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a well-established freight forwarding organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and manage air export quotes, pricing, and rate negotiations
  • Coordinate international air export shipments from booking through final delivery
  • Generate and review export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements
  • Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and updates
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, routing issues, and documentation discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely completion of all export files
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple shipments and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of Air Export experience with a strong emphasis on quoting and pricing
  • Strong knowledge of international air freight operations, export documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working for a freight forwarder, logistics provider, or transportation company
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
