POSITION OVERVIEW:
Process customer orders to insure accurate, on time delivery as well as handling misc. issues as they arise in order to accomplish on time accurate delivery of their orders. This position requires phone skills, ability to multitask and troubleshoot with customers over the phone, utilize computers and software, good communication skills and attention to detail with customer order information.

  • Call center experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
