Holbrook Heating seeks passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding Customer Service team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $20 and follows regular business hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The candidate must work on-site at our central office.


  • Customer Service Representative:
    • Respond to inbound calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
    • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions.
    • Build rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
    • Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations.
