• Conduct scheduled counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat or text-based communication.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Full and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with prior disciplinary actions will not be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic disposition are crucial.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems, including teletherapy applications.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.
• Experience in treating diverse populations and varying mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
