About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the transportation and warehousing industry plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients. This position is responsible for directing workflow, resolving issues, and providing accurate information related to transportation logistics and warehousing services. The CSR facilitates continual service improvement by collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the company’s reputation in a competitive market. Minimum Qualifications:
