Job Description
  • Customer Service Rep/Outside Sales Support

Role Summary
  • We are seeking a detailed orientated and customer- focused Customer Service Rep/Outside
  • Sales Support to join our team. The CSR will support the Outside Sales Representatives and is responsible for order entry and primary day-to-day customer communication. They are also responsible for accurately and promptly entering orders so our production team can create a quality product matching the customers specifications. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Works directly and supports assigned Outside Sales Representative
  • Audits orders received for price, quantity and delivery
  • Respond to customer inquires via phone, email, and online portals in a professional and
  • timely manner.
  • Enter and manage customer orders using ERP order management systems
  • Coordinates and assists Graphic Design department with customer artwork and artwork
  • proofing.
  • High attention to detail- able to easily catch spelling and pricing difference.
  • Checks and maintains customer inventory in the database as well as in the warehouse.
  • Provide accurate pricing, lead times, and product information.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and sale teams to ensure customer specifications
  • and delivery deadlines are met.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments to orders efficiently.
  • Proactively communicate with customers about order status, delays, or issues.
  • Resolve complaints or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively assist finance team regarding collections on past dues, COD and other
  • special payment terms.

Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in an open office environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities / adaptable/ ability to
  • work under pressure
  • ERP system experience preferred - willing to be certified.
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Familiarity with printing process, materials, or label production a plus.
  • Decision making capability and able to work independently with minimal supervision
