Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Position Summary

The Service BDC Representative is responsible for assisting customers by phone, email, text, and chat, scheduling service appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Customer service experience is required; dealership or call center experience is a plus.
