Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Service Manager to lead our Day-to-Day Service and Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Hospitality and Management, with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service. As the Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and team productivity.
  • Manage and train service staff, including bussers, servers and bartenders, to uphold our quality standards and maintain quality and consistency.
  • Address any customer needs and provide expert solutions.
  • Conduct daily walk thru and pre-shift meetings.
  • Perform end of shift walk-thru and shift close meetings.
  • Corrective action/on the spot coaching of Service Team.
  • Collaborate with service teams to promote incredible service and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all reservations for the restaurant and training the service staff to properly make reservations.
  • Create and Oversee all Logistics for Weekly, Monthly and Specialty Events (Floor Plans, Special Menus, Etc...) and communicate it with the Service Team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and team management.
  • Experienced in Serving and Bartending.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
