Beyond our restaurants, we extend our influence to promote health-conscious choices by sponsoring local schools and universities, and worthy causes throughout Utah and Idaho. It's our way of giving back to the communities that have been an integral part of our journey.

We take pride in delivering unforgettable dining experiences to our guests and fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Oversee scheduling, shift management, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service and guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of management experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and scheduling tools.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Back of house experience is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Bonus, paid monthly, based on store performance
  • Generous paid time off (PTO)
  • Low-cost health insurance
  • 401(k) match (after one year)
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Employee discounts on food and beverages.

How to Apply:

If you’re passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and take your career to the next level at Chuck-A-Rama.

Since 1966, Chuck-A-Rama has been much more than a family buffet. We are proud to offer healthy options that fuel world famous athletes, sponsor local schools and universities, and feed worthy causes across Utah and Idaho.
We have 11 locations, 9 in Utah and 2 in Idaho, and are always looking for outstanding people to be part of our team. Our goal is to deliver the highest possible quality in food and service, and to do so consistently.
We feel that the people who work for Chuck-A-Rama are a cut above the rest and we are proud of our accomplishments. Many of our current management-level staff began with the company as hourly employees, and employees are encouraged by the partners to advance through the corporation.
