Employees in these roles may answer phone calls, respond to emails or chats, and resolve customer issues or inquiries. These positions are common in industries that require 24/7 support, such as hospitality, retail, financial services, and tech companies. Overnight shifts usually run from late evening to early morning and may offer shift differentials or other incentives. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are important for success in this role.
