Job description

We are looking for a motivated salesperson with fine jewelry experience to join our family owned and operated team. Professionalism and dedication to providing top notch customer service for our clients is a must. We are committed to the success and growth of our employees and providing a great work environment.

Job Qualifications

-1 to 2 years of DIRECT contact with customers in a JEWELRY STORE

-Strong Sales record

-Knowledge of all facets of jewelry

-Ability to change watch batteries and watch sizings

-Work as a team player

-Able to provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and co-workers

-Work with team on custom designs

As a full service jewelry store, jewelry repair is a large part of our daily responsibilities . Training and support will provided.

Daily responsibilities

-Following up on special orders, custom jobs, and parts needed for repairs

-Follow store procedures for opening and closing

- Identify jewelry repairs, paying close attention to detail and communicating properly to client

-Communicate with jeweler on repairs as needed

-Assist clients over the phone

-Displaying and maintaining merchandise appearance throughout the store

Candidate must be available from Tuesday through Saturday from 8:45am - 6:30pm. Additional hours will be required during busy holiday seasons and store events.

Compensation from $50,000 to $65,000 depending on your level of experience plus commission.

Overtime is paid for any hours worked in addition to our normal daily schedule
