We are seeking a Service Writer with strong customer service and hospitality skills. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. We are not requiring automotive experience. The Service Writer is responsible for creating a positive experience by listening to customer needs, clearly explaining services, and ensuring smooth communication between the customer and the technician team.
