Job description

Overview
JOB PURPOSE:
Receive, stock, and maintain all warehouse stock items for GNL
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Receive and stock products.
  • Fill out pertinent information on receiving worksheets, which includes quantity, verifying specifications, and date received, for each product
  • Transport palletized product by use of forklift or pallet jack.
  • Input receiving information into the IP system computer and update and/or close purchase orders
  • Record receiving information on daily logs according to type (vendor, UPS, office products, etc.)
  • Communicate with departments with deliveries.
  • Delivering product to Executive Level or other specific locations.
  • Occasionally works without supervision
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities required by Management as requested.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION:
  • Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., maintain delivery records and verify quantities
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and two-way radio
  • Basic knowledge of computer and operating system.
  • Valid driver's license for operation of company vehicles
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
