Want to break into financial services? Pacific Life will pay you to get there.
We're hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives in Omaha who don't yet have their FINRA licenses - and sponsoring them through the entire process. You'll earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 within your first 8 weeks, with paid training, dedicated study time, and full support on our dime. After that, you move to our hybrid schedule and our licensed pay scale.
If you're great with people, eager to build a career in financial services, and ready to join our June 30th cohort - we want to hear from you.
Your first 8 weeks will be onsite and are a fully paid. It entails a self-paced online program, with opportunities to collaborate with our peers. You'll work towards earning SIE and FINRA Series 6 license with dedicated study time and structured support. After licensure, you transition to a hybrid schedule with just one in-office day per week.
At Pacific Life, Financial Customer Service Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they're often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most.
This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40-60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. Pacific Life provides paid training, dedicated study time, and support to earn required FINRA licenses - Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) plus Series 6 - within 8 weeks of hire. Many employees begin their careers in this role and grow into advanced service, operations, or leadership positions across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
  • Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
  • Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Compensation:
  • Starting hourly rate will be based on your experience and location
  • Omaha, NE range is between $26 - $28 per hour plus an annual bonus. After earning your FINRA Series 6 license, you'll be automatically promoted and be considered for an increase in compensation to our licensed pay scale.
  • The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
