Job description

Celerion is committed to swift, exceptional clinical research through translational medicine.  Every day, we use our experience, agility, and innovative research strategies to help get drugs to market faster.  

Celerion is currently seeking a part-time Consumer Study Coordinator at our Richmond, VA location. Our Richmond location focuses on consumer opinion studies related to nicotine and tobacco products.
 
This position is Part-time and will work around 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates with the flexibility to work between the hours of 4:30pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday based on business needs. Occasional morning and Saturday shifts are a possibility. 
 
As a Consumer Study Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations. Duties include entering and updating study information into computer systems, collecting and organizing panelist's paperwork and documentation, and developing positive participant communications and relationships.
 
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with great customer service, administrative skills and the ability to work a part-time flexible schedule. Consumer/market research experience is preferred. Ability to work in required work environment, including but not limited to exposure to second hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis. 
 
According to the Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B, employees must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco products.
