Job Summary

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP platform. You will ensure that NetSuite supports Consumer Cellular's evolving business needs, including finance, inventory, and customer relationship management. You will drive system improvements and collaborate with various teams at Consumer Cellular to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.


You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.


Responsibilities

  • NetSuite Administration: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it supports business operations effectively and securely.

  • System Optimization & Customization: Lead efforts to optimize and customize NetSuite for business requirements, using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other development tools to enhance functionality and streamline processes.

  • Code Management: Manage the implementation of new code for modules, system upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • User Support & Training: Provide expert-level support to internal users, resolve technical issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system adoption across departments.

  • Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with key business units (Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to understand their requirements, translating those needs into NetSuite solutions that support business goals.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions.


Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

Experience with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities (NetSuite 2020+ versions).


Bachelor's d egree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and best practices for security and governance.


Experience in Agile project management methodologies.


Experience with using Celigo Integrator.io for Integrations or similar ETL tool.


Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite administration, with at least 2 years in a lead Developer or Senior Developer role.

  • Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP modules, SuiteApps, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

  • Proven track record of leading and managing NetSuite integrations and customizations.

  • 2-3 Full lifecycle implementations.

  • Experience working with finance, inventory management, order management, and CRM modules within NetSuite.

  • Advanced proficiency in NetSuite development and customizations.

  • Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

  • Experience with third-party system integrations, APIs, and business process automation.

  • Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or Developer Certification is highly preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

  • Minimum Salary: $111,300

  • Maximum Salary: $161,700


This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
