Job description

Position: Direct Hire - Project Superintendent
Shift: 2nd Shift - 5:00PM - 3:00AM
Pay: $30/hr - $32/hr (+$2 Shift Diff.)
Location: Brown Summit, NC

The Project Superintendent directs the manufacturing of the department, assuring timely and efficient production modularized mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Additionally, the Project Superintendent will foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. The Project Superintendent will also be responsible for keeping both management and employees informed on the status of operations and progress towards production goals.

Responsibilities:

- Prioritize safety, quality, and housekeeping
- Monitor employee productivity
- Provide positive feedback and constructive coaching and counseling when needed
- Monitor employee time and record keeping
- Prepare and submit production reports daily
- Comply with manufacturing build schedules
- Increase production output through lean principles
- Manage employee hours to fulfill orders under budget
- Review drawings to ensure production feasibility
- Build a High Performing Team
- Able to effectively troubleshoot and permanently solve production issues
