Job description

  • You will assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
  • Additionally, you will file, mail, and pull paperwork to assist with audits
  • You will use Oracle or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly
  • Further, you will finalize all paperwork after order is complete by tracking shipments to confirm and obtain proof of delivery
  • You will identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible representative
  • You will generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the product flow team when necessary
  • Also, you will support Product Flow Manager and materials coordinator with Kanban system administration
