Position Overview:ย 

The Customer Service Attendant is the face of Champion Car Wash. You'll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a smooth, friendly, and efficient experienceโ€”from greeting guests and assisting at the pay stations to prepping vehicles and maintaining a clean site. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and making someone's day a little brighter, this is the job for you!ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Greet customers with a smile and positive attitudeย 

  • Assist customers with selecting wash services and using pay stationsย 

  • Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyorย 

  • Prep vehicles by spraying problem areas (e.g., bugs, wheels)ย 

  • Maintain cleanliness of site, lot, and equipmentย 

  • Monitor wash quality to ensure every car leaves cleanย 

  • Promote membership programs and upsell services when appropriateย 

  • Follow all safety and operational proceduresย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitudeย 

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsย
