The Customer Service & Administrative Assistant serves as the front-office hub for the organization, providing administrative, customer service, and operational support across multiple departments. The position supports daily office operations while gaining exposure to accounting, production, operations, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, vendors, and employees while managing front desk operations and office access procedures.
