Are you a people person with a passion for problem-solving? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our moving supply company.

Our mission is to take the stress out of moving by providing top-quality supplies and outstanding service. As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll help customers find the right products, resolve issues quickly, and make their moving experience as smooth as possible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care

  • Guide customers in selecting the right moving supplies for their needs

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide timely solutions

  • Collaborate with our warehouse and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (moving or retail experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software
