Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Slate CRM Administrator to serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the Slate platform. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing CRM functionality that supports application, enrollment, and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Slate CRM platform
* Configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, forms, portals, communications, business rules, and system functionality
* Partner with stakeholders to support application management processes, communications, and operational initiatives
* Manage user accounts, permissions, security roles, profiles, and system access
* Design and maintain internal and external-facing portals to support business operations
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries that provide meaningful operational insights
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through established governance and quality control processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while identifying opportunities for long-term improvements
* Serve as the primary technical liaison for platform enhancements, integrations, and vendor-related initiatives
* Participate in cross-functional projects to identify business requirements and implement scalable system solutions
* Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Develop, test, and deploy new platform functionality, including forms, events, communications, workflows, and automation processes
* Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures
* Provide training and ongoing support to end users while promoting best practices and user adoption
* Collaborate with technology teams and business partners on integrations, system enhancements, and data initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience administering and supporting Technolutions Slate CRM
* Experience building and maintaining forms, workflows, communication campaigns, portals, and security roles
* Experience troubleshooting application and system issues in a production environment
* Strong knowledge of CRM administration, workflow automation, and business process configuration
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and security best practices
* Advanced reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting complex application review, enrollment, intake, or customer lifecycle processes
* Experience with CRM integrations, system implementations, and data migration initiatives
* Experience developing end-user documentation and delivering training programs
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices
* Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools used to support operational decision-making
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
