Weโ€™re hiring a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an in-person, direct sales position where youโ€™ll work directly with customers in assigned territories, introduce telecommunications products and services, explain available plans and promotions, and assist interested customers with new service enrollments.

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, youโ€™ll focus on understanding each customerโ€™s needs and providing clear, personalized recommendations. Youโ€™ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, customer relations, account management, and business development while receiving structured training and ongoing coaching.

What You will Do as a Customer Service Sales Representative:

  • Connect directly with customers throughout assigned territories
  • Introduce wireless, internet, and connectivity products and services
  • Ask questions and identify customer needs through consultative sales conversations
  • Explain service plans, pricing, promotions, product features, and account options clearly
  • Recommend products and services based on each customerโ€™s individual needs
  • Assist interested customers with new service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account changes
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable customer service
  • Answer customer questions throughout the sales and enrollment process
