The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $58,100.00 - $87,100.00 Failure Analysis Engineers are a key resource for the manufacturing team, supporting validation of new processes or material and the identification of issues and corrective actions

This position will primarily work within a laboratory environment at a manufacturing site in Neenah, WI. Key Job Accountabilities: Support manufacturing by troubleshooting product failures in both manufacturing and customer sites. Physical analysis of defective electronic, electrical and mechanical components.

Support introduction of new product, process or material by analysis of assemblies. Monitor manufacturing processes using analysis test vehicles. Operate a variety of lab equipment to complete analysis.

Generate reports to summarize findings using Google Workspace platform. Additional Accountabilities: Assist in assessment and management of 3rd party services. Research material properties and specifications and application.

Establish and document standard assessment practices. Evaluate and purchase equipment to upgrade or meet new requirements. Manage lab equipment maintenance and calibration.

Manage control consumable materials. Education/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting failure analysis, rework or repair is preferred. Experience within a regulated industry is a plus. Hands-on experience in failure analysis of PCBAs, boards, or systems.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions.
