Job description

CRM Operations Analyst

The Opportunity:

Serve as an operations analyst and subject matter expert for the company's opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management(CRM) system. Work closely with internal customers to manage licensing, provide training and guidance on pipeline and relationshiptrackingbest practices, maintain documentation, and solve end-user inquiries. Conduct pipeline analytics and create and execute reports and dashboards. Develop documentation and communications for end-users. Conduct user acceptance testing of system enhancements.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship isrequired.

You Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to perform system analytics

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform

  • Experience with business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI

  • Ability to display a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance enterprise environment

  • Possession of strong written and oral communication skills, to communicate with audiences varying in size and seniority

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
