Job description

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead product management for NVIDIA Enterprise Reference Architectures and the Enterprise AI Factory program. Translate strategy and customer needs into product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and release plans.
  • Guide the development and publication of reference architecture documentation, deployment guides, solution overviews, and executive-level materials for partners, engineering teams, field teams, and customers.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners and NVIDIA teams across architecture, engineering, storage, software, technical marketing, product marketing, and campaigns. Capture requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver validated reference architectures through a predictable release process.
  • Help OEM partners adopt NVIDIA Reference Architectures through design endorsement. Support partners as they accelerate system bring-up, complete technical reviews, and expand their offerings across key cluster configurations.
  • Develop and manage the Enterprise Reference Architecture configuration tool. Improve the accuracy and consistency of solution sizing for sellers, account teams, and partners.
  • Equip NVIDIA’s worldwide field organization and OEM sales teams with clear software and solution roadmaps, presentations, and technical stories. Build program awareness, strengthen field confidence, and support customer adoption.
  • Define success metrics and use feedback from customers, partners, and field teams to guide product priorities and program improvements.
What we need to see:
  • 12+ years of product management or related experience in enterprise infrastructure, AI platforms, data center systems, reference architectures, or similarly complex datacenter solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • A demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build alignment across teams, including when you do not have direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise AI infrastructure. Relevant areas may include compute clusters, networking, storage, provisioning, observability, Kubernetes, orchestration platforms, or data center deployment.
  • Experience working with OEMs, technology partners, customers, or field organizations to improve adoption and deliver programs at scale.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting technical and business topics to senior leaders, partners, or customers.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Background with enterprise AI factory deployments, NVIDIA-based infrastructure, or reference architecture programs spanning hardware, software, and operations.
  • Experience developing validation, certification, endorsement, or partner-readiness programs that help OEMs bring offerings to market.
  • Experience crafting configuration or workflow tools that improve quoting, sizing, field accuracy, or solution consistency.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, release management, and documentation practices for enterprise infrastructure.
  • An MBA, a master’s degree in engineering, or other advanced technical or business education.
