Capital Markets / Syndication Associate - Equipment Finance
Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client seeking a Capital Markets / Syndication Associate to join a growing equipment finance platform.
This role is focused on placing debt with existing funding sources and supporting the sale of equipment finance transactions to financial institutions. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with capital markets experience who wants to join a growing company, take ownership, and grow into a larger leadership role over time.
The current scope of the position is straightforward and execution-oriented, as the company works with strong credit profiles that are highly attractive to financial institutions. As origination volume continues to increase, the role is expected to grow in responsibility and become a more strategic part of the organization's long-term capital markets function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Place equipment finance transactions with existing funding partners
  • Develop and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other capital providers
  • Coordinate with internal leadership on transaction flow and placement execution
  • Help identify the best funding sources based on transaction quality and market appetite
  • Support the expansion of the company's capital partner network as volume grows
  • Track funding trends and market demand within equipment finance
