Job description

OMEC Medical, in Reno, NV is hiring their next high impact employee for their growing medical device manufacturing facility and we're supporting their process!
What you'll do:
You'll own a medical device order from the moment it comes in through the moment it lands on the customer's dock. That means leading customer-facing meetings, scheduling production with international suppliers, coordinating local manufacturing and repairs, partnering with Quality and Finance on release, managing logistics through FedEx, and serving as the main point of contact when customers have questions, returns, or issues that need triage.
This is a hands-on operations role with two direct reports and a clear path to department manager.
A typical week touches:
Customer meetings and relationship management
  • Triaging incoming issues and routing them to the right internal team
  • Order scheduling on a rolling 12-month horizon
  • Daily coordination with APAC and EMEA suppliers
  • Handoffs with Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance
  • FedEx account management and shipment records
What we need:
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Proven experience with international stakeholders
  • Strong organization and high attention to detail
  • Comfort being client-facing and owning escalations
  • Proficiency with standard ERP apps (Coupa, SAP, Ariba), management background, supply chain or fulfillment track record, med tech or medical device industry experience.
  • Experience with building SOPs with internal teams and customers
  • Working fluency in Mandarin Chinese, preferred
