Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a Sales Operations Assistant
As a Sales Operations Assistant for Fox PC, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining key performance metrics for Inside Sales. You will use our different software's to pull data, export the data into excel, and update sheets as needed. This will require validating data accuracy, fix formulas, and making the reports clean and easy to read. You will assist the Sales Operations Admin and Executive Assistant in Inside Sales with help to solve their problems and advise on solutions. You will eventually help with analyzing data and creating sheets for Inside Sales to help improve tracking metrics. You will open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Excel Proficient
  • Experienced with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office
    • Preferred but not required - knowledge on Salesforce, Five9, and FieldRoutes
  • Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency in repetitive work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and adapt with change
