Quinez Agencies is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Client Service & Agency Operations Assistant to join our growing insurance agency in Norman, Oklahoma.


This is an in-office position focused on client service, administrative support, follow-up, and keeping the agency running smoothly during the afternoon and early evening.


The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.


You will be an important point of contact for our clients when our agents are busy assisting customers, quoting insurance, or away from the office.


This is intended to be a long-term opportunity for the right person as the agency continues to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients
  • Greet clients who visit the office
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule appointments and callbacks
  • Follow up with clients for documents and information
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups
  • Update CRM and client records
  • Organize documents and administrative files
  • Follow up on pending quotes and applications
  • Help clients with basic service requests
  • Identify opportunities for additional insurance needs and communicate them to the licensed agent
  • Request referrals and assist with client follow-up
  • Keep daily tasks organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
  • Escalate questions requiring a licensed insurance professional
