Job description

ROTATING 4ON / 4OFF 5AM - 5PM INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS; includes some overtime as needed

What you’ll do on a typical day:


• Check in drivers and direct them appropriately to facilitate timely loading/unloading
• Generate Shipping and Receiving documents.
• Data entry in multiple systems applications.
• Process customer orders.
• Schedule appointment times with carriers.
• Inventory reconciliation.
• Filing
• Run daily reports
• Respond to emails timely
• Coordinate with warehouse supervision to effectively complete shift activities.
• Work as a team with co-workers to complete daily workload and hand off to night shift.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Access Database.

• 5 + years of office experience with heavy data entry responsibilities such as alpha-numeric data entry and 10key.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with drivers face to face as well as phone communications and use of proper grammar in email communications.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy
