CAN YOU SEE YOURSELF AS OUR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST?
If you thrive in roles that prioritize communication, timeliness, and attention to detail, then you could be a great fit for our team! You'll be the one who greets customers, prospects, and partners when they contact our office and sets the tone for their experience with our company. As calls and emails come in, you'll assess each inquiry and route calls/messages to the correct team, department, or individual.
Working in Salesforce, you'll update customer account information, log the correct information for new clients, and maintain organized records. You'll also search through account histories when appropriate to help with routing decisions and respond to basic requests. You'll strive to quickly answer calls, triage incoming emails, and escalate issues accordingly to support prompt, high-quality customer service and support!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • 2+ years of customer-facing, administrative, or communications experience
  • Preferred - Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company
