Overview:Customer Care Coordinator
This position is responsible for customer accounts as it relates to daily scheduling and coordination of facility activities relating to customer products.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the customer's requirements are met through data capture, analysis, and reporting. Communicating with site senior management, customers, carriers, and in turn liaising with shop floor management with regards to production, inventory, and key performance indicators.

Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support site operations and customer needs
- Analyze operational data and communicate status, trends, and exceptions to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and interpret large data sets
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics (assignments, releases, inventory, shipments, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for customers and carriers, ensuring requirements and service expectations are met
- Maintain and update business systems (WITS, spreadsheets) accurately to meet internal and customer KPIs
- Monitor vehicle inventory, movement, and maintenance schedules while supporting continuous improvement opportunities

- 3+ years of customer facing experience in a fast-paced office or operations environment
- Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze information and make sound, independent decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven setting
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills in a diverse environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

The Customer Care Coordinator starting range is between $48,400 - $52,000 per year.
