Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting $50,000 per year

Core Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST

As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative environment that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. You will receive hands-on training that will empower you to provide a knowledgeable customer service experience. This fast-paced environment offers a prosperous career path in an open and inviting environment.

This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office. Training will be conducted onsite, Monday through Friday, at our Reston, VA office. After training is completed, the role will transition to a hybrid 40‑hour workweek that includes onsite weekdays and remote weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns

  • Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action

  • Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations

  • Fully document each call accordingly

  • Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service

  • Proficient typing skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers

  • Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
