***Job Overview

The Jr. Quality Engineer helps ensure that our materials and products meet quality standards. They analyze failures, develop inspection methods, and collaborate with different departments to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement. May interact daily with Programs, Shipping, Receiving Inspection, Final Test and Production Planning.

***Job Duties:

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, customer requirements, and industry standards through advisory and audits.

• Review and verify documents for accuracy and audit readiness.

• Participate in new product development and approval processes

• Collaborate with Engineering on product design reviews and testing requirements.

• Verify and approve Inspection Plans for compliance with customer requirements.

• Establish project documentation for customer compliance and deliverables.

• Determine and apply customer-specific Quality Clauses.

• Identify and improve production floor problems using Quality Assurance tools and methodologies.

• Support continuous improvement on the production floor using lean manufacturing techniques.

• Assist in Contract Review process for compliance verification.

• Support analysis of faults and non-conformances reported by the customer.

• Assist Quality inspection departments with technical requirements related to inspection.
