Description:

ICMS is looking for an experienced Custodial Project Manager to lead custodial operations in Fort Lee, VA. The Program Manager serves as the contractor's primary representative with full authority to act on all matters pertaining to contract performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule all work performed under this contract
  • Serve as the contractor's primary representative with tenants/ government with full authority to act on matters pertaining to contract performance.
  • Implement, manage and oversee Company’s Safety Program, maintaining training, awareness and culture of safety. Ensure all staff are current on safety protocols, training, and reporting safety incidents. Maintain records for all personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all contract performance requirements, accuracy and transmission of deliverables in accordance with PWS requirements and deadlines.
  • Perform QC inspections and oversee all tasks/ frequencies, work tickets documentation in accordance with Company’s Quality Control Plan.
  • Monitor performance of all staff, conduct performance reviews, develop performance improvement plans, and be responsible for all hiring and processing of new personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements for cleaning supplies and consumables and ensure vendor compliance.

Required Qualifications:

· A high school diploma or G.E.D.

· A minimum of two (2) years of documented service contract management experience with team management and scheduling of workflow is required.

· Prior experience managing custodial services, grounds, pest control, and snow removal.

· Prior experience using CMMS or work ticket system to plan, schedule, coordinate and assign tasks. Experience with routine/ scheduled tasks and service calls.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in the English language.

· Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Desired Qualifications:

· Management experience of a federal facility

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A valid state’s driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
  • Hold current one or more related industry certifications including but not limited to ISSA, CMI, CIMS, IJCSA, CCT, CESE, CHHM, CHHE.
  • OSHA 30 Training

Additional Qualifying Factors:

· As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Security Clearance:

All Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities must meet federal government security clearance standards.
