The Learning Experience Banning Lewis Ranch is seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Curriculum Director to lead curriculum implementation, teacher development, and school readiness initiatives throughout our preschool programs.
This leadership role is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who thrives in classrooms, enjoys coaching and mentoring teachers, and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for children and families.

Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour based on credentials, leadership experience, and UPK/curriculum background.
Sign On: $1000 (Must meet requirements of the position including schedule availability) * This is a Full Time Position

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Colorado Early Childhood Education standards, UPK requirements, developmental milestones, and curriculum implementation practices while supporting a positive and collaborative school culture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support implementation of the TLE curriculum throughout all classrooms
• Coach, train, mentor, and model best practices for teachers daily
• Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Support lesson planning, curriculum preparation, and classroom environments
• Ensure classrooms maintain developmentally appropriate practices and school readiness standards
• Monitor developmental milestones and support individualized student learning goals
• Build strong relationships with families through communication, conferences, and engagement opportunities
• Support onboarding and training of new teachers
• Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and TLE operational standards
• Assist leadership team with transitions, classroom support, and school-wide initiatives
• Participate in family events, trainings, and leadership meetings
 • Must be flexible with scheduling needs, including opening, closing, and occasional extended hours based on school needs 
Qualifications:
•Formal Education, Colorado PDIS Director Credential, PDIS Level 3 or Higher Credential required 
• TLE Experience preferred
• Experience working in preschool and UPK programs required
• Colorado Developmental Guidlines (Birth to Kindergarten)
• Experience with lesson planning and curriculum implementation required
• Strong classroom management and coaching abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and develop teachers through coaching and modeling
• Must be flexible with schedule, dependable, and team-oriented 
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
 • CPR/ First Ais Required
