Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and thrive during their formative years. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, physical activity, and social-emotional skills.
  • Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their daily routines, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and independence.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns to build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress, attendance records, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum tailored to individual needs, including special education or early intervention strategies when necessary.

Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times by following health protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising children closely.


Qualifications
