Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain clear project plans to track scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and actions across crossfunctional teams for product launches, from early design through execution and completion
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and constraints, and drive mitigation, escalation, and decisionmaking as needed
Ability to rapidly learn and operate within new technologies to effectively plan, manage, and execute projects across multiple Repligen business units
Lead and support project teams by providing project management structure and organizational discipline to support DHF execution
Coordinate and drive accountability across crossfunctional and multisite teams to support product development, technology transfer, and launch readiness
Provide clear, consistent visibility into project status and health through regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
