Job description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support R&D's New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across Repligen's product portfolio. The position will touch on a wide array of Repligen product lines globally. This individual will work closely with a broad cross functional team to ensure projects are clearly scoped, appropriately resourced, and executed on time and within budget. This individual is accountable for project governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans to track scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and actions across crossfunctional teams for product launches, from early design through execution and completion

  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and constraints, and drive mitigation, escalation, and decisionmaking as needed

  • Ability to rapidly learn and operate within new technologies to effectively plan, manage, and execute projects across multiple Repligen business units

  • Lead and support project teams by providing project management structure and organizational discipline to support DHF execution

  • Coordinate and drive accountability across crossfunctional and multisite teams to support product development, technology transfer, and launch readiness

  • Provide clear, consistent visibility into project status and health through regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers through effective written and verbal communication

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Organization to continuously improve new product development processes and business alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 3 years of leading product development projects

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years leading product development projects

  • Demonstrated track record of successful project execution

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple sites, global teams, and time zones. Flexibility to travel as required

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

  • Experience communicating across written, verbal, and presentation formats for diverse audiences

  • Ability to analyze project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and other project management collateral using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau or similar) to identify issues and drive problem solving

  • Project management training or certification(s) are a plus.

  • Experience managing projects in bioprocessing, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field is a plus.

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $110,000-$135,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
