The AnBryce Foundation is looking for a visionary Director of Education & Career Pathways to design, lead, and grow our educational programming. This is a chance to own and shape the educational and career programming of a growing foundation. You will lead curriculum development across all programs and build a career pathways framework that champions skills-based and alternative credentials. ABOUT US The AnBryce Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to building a community of global citizens through education, career development, cultural enrichment, and leadership. WHAT Design & lead curriculum for Camp Dogwood Summer Academy and AnBryce Academy aligned to our core values of service, self-discovery, cultural awareness, confidence, and leadership Build a career pathways framework that prioritizes skills-based training, apprenticeships, certifications, and alternatives to the traditional four-year degree WHO 7+ years of experience in education, curriculum development, workforce development, or youth programming — with at least 2 years in a leadership role Curriculum builder with a track record of designing programs for youth or young adults, ideally in under-resourced community settings Workforce development knowledge including skills-based credentialing, apprenticeships, and employer-connected programming Partnership manager with experience owning external stakeholder relationships Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education, public policy, or a related field preferred Bonus: Spanish language proficiency, experience managing direct reports, or smart use of AI tools BENEFITS $100,000 – $120,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience Employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan; Paid time off; Employer-paid parking CULTURE We are a small, high-impact team that leads with mission and holds ourselves to a high standard.
