Job description

Work Environment: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)

In this role, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learning professionals to create impactful instructor-led and digital learning experiences.   • 5–10 years of instructional design or curriculum development experience

What You'll DoDesign & Develop Learning Solutions
  • Create engaging instructor-led and eLearning training materials aligned to business and learner needs.
  • Develop presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, assessments, reference materials, and learning resources.
  • Convert source content into polished, professional training deliverables using established templates and standards.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Partner with Learning & Development consultants, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define learning objectives.
  • Participate in content review sessions and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure Quality & Consistency
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of training materials and eLearning courses.
  • Test LMS functionality and course performance as part of the QA/QC process.
  • Maintain version control and ensure compliance with branding, formatting, accessibility, and documentation standards.
Support Multimedia & Content Management
  • Assist with voice-over recording and narration editing for learning content.
  • Support development using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, WellSaid, and related platforms.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain training content within SharePoint and content management systems.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training development, or related learning roles.
  • Experience creating instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, and performance support materials.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with instructional design and content authoring tools such as:
    • Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
    • Vyond
    • WellSaid
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Voice-over recording and narration tools
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
