Lead with purpose. Sodexo is seeking a dynamic full-time Regional Operations Support Manager 3 (ROSI) to drive innovation and quality across our healthcare accounts across the United States. Elevate patient care through operational excellence in one of the following areas: Patient Services * Culinary-Executive Chef * Retail Operations. This position will require 100% travel, flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the business and a valid driver's license. This position can last up to 6-18 months+ with potential to transition into a permanent position. This position comes with benefits. Ideal candidates will live near a major airport. Work schedule entails 10 days on and 4 days off, or as business needs dictate.
Sodexo is seeking an experienced manager to support hospital accounts on the National Deployment Team. If you thrive on leading large teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This role demands strong operational skills, stellar organizational and structuring competency, and a demonstrated track record of successful partnerships with different teams. This role involves significant travel and to be willing to travel anywhere in North America depending on the business need. Candidates will need to necessitate obtaining a company-issued credit card.
What You'll Do
  • create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations for the custodial roles.
  • implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
  • evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
  • oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies
  • mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
