Looking for a leadership opportunity that's different from traditional restaurant work? Join our team and help provide high-quality, made-to-order meals in a fast-paced correctional facility.
As our Evening Culinary Operations Supervisor, you'll lead the evening meal service for trustee dining, ensuring every guest receives a hot, fresh meal while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service.
What you'll be doing:
  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
  • Lead evening meal service for trustee dining.
  • Prepare and serve fresh, made-to-order meals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ensure proper food portioning and presentation.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete daily prep, pull, and production tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.
