Construction Project Manager
CTA Construction Managers is an award-winning, ENR Top 100 Green Contractor delivering complex, large-scale, LEED-certified projects across Massachusetts. We build challenging projects — and we’re looking for proven leaders to run them.

This is a true leadership role. You will own the financial performance, schedule, risk management, and client relationships for $30M+ projects from buyout through closeout. We are not looking for coordinators — we are looking for accountable builders who drive results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project teams and hold all stakeholders accountable
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P/L performance
  • Oversee buyout, contracts, change orders, and procurement
  • Drive schedule development and execution
  • Maintain strong owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships
  • Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate

What You Bring

  • 5+ years leading commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing $30M+ ground-up or complex renovations
  • Strong financial acumen and cost control discipline
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction documents
  • Public/municipal project experience preferred
  • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
