We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at SelectUSA. This is a FULL_TIME position based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. As a vital part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, SelectUSA's mission is to promote and facilitate business investment into the United States. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound enquiries from businesses, investors, and economic development organisations via phone, email, and web platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding SelectUSA's services, the U.S. investment climate, and relevant federal programmes.
  • Carefully assess the nature of enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialists or partner government entities.
