Job description

Redan LLC is looking for a CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) Configuration Specialist to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.

As a CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) Configuration Specialist supporting the development, configuration, and integration of new RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions, as well as the operations and maintenance of existing components in the TSA HR technology stack. This role will involve not only creating new components but also refactoring existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance.

This candidate must have strong analytical problem-solving, project management, and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain business language for stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

As the CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) Configuration Specialist at Redan, you will be responsible for:

  • System Setup & Configuration: Perform detailed system configuration across CSOD modules such as Learning, Performance, Succession, and Compensation.
  • Workflow & Customization: Manage user permissions, page layouts, workflows, and custom fields to match internal or client business processes.
  • Integration Support: Assist with system integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow between CSOD and other enterprise software.
  • Testing & UAT: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for system enhancements and new quarterly releases.
  • Documentation & Training: Create job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver training to ensure high system adoption and user proficiency.

Profile of Success

  • Cornerstone OnDemand Certifications (e.g., Core Specialist, Learning, Performance) is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience working directly with the CSOD platform in a consulting or analytical capacity.
  • Must have deep understanding of data structures, automation rules, mass data loads, and basic API concepts.
