This role applies advanced systems engineering principles to marine and aircraft platforms, ensuring compliance with military environmental requirements and industry standards. The Senior Systems Engineer works across multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into robust, verifiable system solutionsRequired Education Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant engineering discipline, such as: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Marine Engineering Required Qualifications Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).

Required Experience Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in applied systems engineering. At least 6 years of experience developing embedded systems using: Versa Module Europa (VME) architectures CompactPCI architectures PC-104 architectures Demonstrated experience applying marine and aircraft systems engineering principles to system design. Experience developing embedded systems that meet environmental and operational requirements for military use.

Proven experience in system modeling using OMG standards and tools. Perform system modeling and analysis using Object Management Group (OMG) standards and associated tools. Support trade studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews to inform design decisions. Collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineering teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
